By implementing a P.O.P. (Premium only Plan) an employer allows those employees who are contributing towards their own insurance premium and their dependents insurance premium, to have those premium dollars taken out of the employees paychecks, prior to taxes which makes those premiums tax FREE. Premiums for other ancillary insurance programs and policies may also apply to these pre-tax savings. Particulars will be provided at the time of enrollment. This will allow the employee and the employer to save money.
