Individual Health Ins

Individual Health Insurance is designed for those individuals and their families that can qualify for it. These policies are typically less expensive than group insurance and rightly so. One must answer medical questions that are not normally asked for you to get group health insurance. These questions relate to whether you have controlled blood pressure, whether you have ever had bypass surgery, whether you have or have had cancer, diabetes and many other conditions. Your height and weight is also asked and whether you smoke. All of these issues have a final determining factor as to whether you are qualified for an Individual Health Insurance Policy.

With individual insurance, the companies that we get quotes from, have the ability to rate up for certain medical conditions, rider certain medical conditions (not cover them) or decline an individual or the whole family because of certain medical conditions.

I have many Insurance Companies that I write Individual Insurance with.  Plans available are H.S.A. plans, High Deductible Health Plans, Low deductible health plans, plans with a doctor’s office visit co-pay, a prescription co-pay, 100%, 80%, 70%, or 50% paid by the insurance company after you’ve satisfied your deductible.

There are many issues that we need to discuss as to what type of plan you and your family may need or be qualified for.
